| 摘 要： | 首先分析了软件企业业务外包的动因;接着详细研究了外包管理的四个关键管理过程:外包决策过程、分承包方的选择和评价、对分承包方的管理和交流以及验收过程,针对每个过程,都提出了相关理论和管理方法;最后研究了业务外包中软件企业的风险。
