高校图书馆公共关系体系的创建

摘    要:传统的高校图书馆只为本校师生服务,缺乏与社会公众的沟通,从而导致资源的极大浪费,同时也影响自身的发展。而网络时代的到来,更强调高校图书馆的开放性,从而要求高校图书馆的管理层要有强烈的公关意识,要从思想转变到人员配备和素质培训方面进行公共关系体系的构建,从而使高校图书馆走出校园,与读者公众保持良好沟通,为社会提供优质的信息资源,在为公众服务的过程中促进自身的快速发展。

Abstract:The traditional university library only serves for its own teachers and students,and lacks communication with the public.Thus causing enormous waste of the resources and affecting its own development.With the network time,openness of university library is even emphasized.And this requests intense consciousness of public relations for university library high level managers.They need to form the public relation system through changing of ideas,providing of personnel and training of quality.By that,university library will be able to go out of the campus,to maintain good communication with public readers,and to provide information resource of high quality for the society.During the process of serving for the public,University library will get its own fast development.
