| 摘 要： | 有效的自主管理,有利于大学生更好地适应大学的学习与生活,促进其学业发展,维护与增进其心理健康。在高校扩招、未来就业竞争加剧的背景下,自主管理教育应该成为大学生主体性教育的重要内容。代币管制策略,适合行为的改善、习惯培养和短期目标的达成等领域,充分体现合作学习、资源共享、学以致用的理念,能够在大学生的自主管理教育中产生独特的作用。

| Abstract: | Efficacious self-management is both beneficial to the university students adapting the study and life in university and improving their study achievement,their mental health.Self-management education is especially important in the background of colleges and universities amplifying recruit students and the employ-compete being intensive.It would be the important content of the initiative education to the university students.Token economy strategy adapts to ameliorate behavior,bring up habits,achieve short-distance goal,and so long.Also,token economy strategy fully embody cooperate-learning,resources-enjoy,and learning in order to practice.Therefore,it can produce distinctive affect in the self-management education to the university students. |
