| 摘 要： | 我国高校图书馆实时咨询在服务内容、服务时间、服务对象及服务主体方面都发生了深刻的变化，图书馆实时咨询服务与网络搜索引擎互动问答服务比较，既有优势，也有劣势，图书馆应树立竞争意识和危机意识，依靠馆藏资源优势和人才优势，立足学校，走向社会，在竞争中寻求实时咨询服务发展的方向。

| Abstract: | Great changes have occurred in the library real-time reference,including contents,time,users and reference librarians.In comparison with inquiry platform of search engine,the library real-time reference has both advantages and disadvantages.The university library must develop a sense of competition and crisis,on the basis of talents and collection of resources,seeking a new service direction in the competition. |
