| 摘 要： | 从终身体育观角度分析当前高校体育教学应侧重改革的几个问题，提出高校体育教学应着眼于使受教育形成正确的体育价值观，培养自我学习和运用体育技术、技能的态度、能力，养成健康明的终身体育生活方式。

| Abstract: | Analysing problerm in the P.E.teaching reform in the higher institetes from the lifelong sports,this paper put forward that the P. E teahing shouldlay stress on training the trainee to develop a good value of physical training,to form a better habit of self-training and to im- prove the ability of applying the techniques of physical training in order to enjoy an active and healthy lifesyle of physical training. |
