| Abstract: | Sichuan Provincial Party Committee has got gigantic achievement in improving people＇s livelihood and gained valuable experience since Sichuan＇s liberation.The improvement of people＇s livelihood under the leadership of Sichuan CPC develops at full speed and produces a marked effect especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of CPC.The positive experiences guide Sichuan to improve people＇s livelihood better in various ways. |
