| 摘 要： | 建立新型农村合作医疗制度，是切实解决“三农”问题、统筹城乡协调发展的重大举措。本文通过对南充市下辖三个县的调查，总结出了一些好的新农合制度实施经验，同时对新农合制度实施中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决对策，旨在为我国建立完善的新型农村合作医疗制度提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | Establishing the new rural cooperative medical system is a major step in solving the problems of ＇ agriculture, rural areas and farmers＇ and coordinating development between urban and rural areas. Based on the survey of the new rural cooperative medical system in three counties of Nanchong, this paper sums up some good experiences of the system implementation, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures as the decision basis for the system improvement. |
