| 摘 要： | 劳动教育是新时期高校实现立德树人这一根本任务的重要途径。新形势下卫生健康类高职院校的劳动教育应结合自身办学特色与办学定位,创新劳动教育实践模式,实现实践育人。针对目前高职院校劳动教育存在的现状,宁波卫生职业技术学院通过探索构建“四三二一”劳动教育实践模式,着力打造四支劳动教育师资队伍,关注三个课堂,整合校内外实践项目,形成两大劳动教育实践品牌,制定一套评价机制以保障劳动教育实践效果,从而实现全员、全过程、全方位育人,为大健康领域培养并输送德智体美劳全面发展的卫生健康服务人才。

| Abstract: | Labor education is an important way for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and shaping personality of students.Under the new situation,the labor education of health vocational colleges should combine their own personnel cultivating programs and school-running orientation with the innovation of labor education practice mode,which is conducive to realize the goal of practice education.Aiming at the present situation of labor education in vocational colleges,Ningbo College of Health Sciences explores the construction of“4321”labor education practice mode.This mode focuses on building four teams of labor education teachers,concerns with the first-second-third classroom,integrates internal and external practice projects of the college to form two labor education practice brands,and establishes a set of evaluation mechanism to guarantee the practical effect of labor education.Therefore,with the achievement of the goal of full staff,whole process,all-round education and cultivation of students,Ningbo College of Health Sciences trains and conveys health service personnel with the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor for the health field. |
