摘    要:校长培训要走生态化之路,基于实践智慧共享的校长培训生态系统以"生命"为培训基础,以人为核心组成了系统的核心层,智慧共享主体、客体、载体和环境是构成系统的四大生态因子。校长实践智慧借助"N+N"的团队导学为特征的名校长工作室,通过提炼获取、交流共享、统整再创、应用外溢这一流程达成共享和创造。在培训实践应用中要特别关注管理者、工作室联络人、导师的角色认知和培训专业素养,首席导师的遴选和团队成员匹配,激发工作室成员的群体动力等问题。

Abstract:The principal training should take the ecological road. The principal training ecosystem based on the practice of wisdom sharing takes "life" as a basis, and the human core constitutes the kernel layer of the system. The intelligence sharing subject, object, carrier and environment are the four ecological factors that constitute the system. With the help of the famous principal’s studio featured by"N+N" team guidance, the practical wisdom of the principal achieves the sharing and creation through the process of extraction, acquisition, communication and sharing, integration and innovation, and application and overflow. In the practical application of training, special attention should be paid to such issues as the role cognition of the manager, the studio contact person and the mentor, the training professional quality,the selection of the chief mentor and the matching of the team members, and the stimulation of the group dynamics of the studio members.
