| 摘 要： | 运用文献法和比较分析法,在回顾我国竞技体育与群众体育关系发展历程的基础上,着重就科学发展观下我国竞技体育与群众体育的关系进行了研究。结果表明:我国竞技体育与群众体育的发展先后经历了群众体育优先、竞技体育优先、群众体育与竞技体育协调发展3个阶段;在科学发展观下我国竞技体育与群众体育将呈现地位平等性、发展同步性、动态协调性发展。
