| 摘 要： | 体育教育的改革应该归结到提高管理者的管理水平，加强师资队伍综合素质的提高，改革必须围绕体育教育的目的任务，必须了解高校体育教育的特点，提高理论水平指导实践，认清体育教育的宗旨。体育教育的实施应以科学为依据，结合自身特点因地制宜因材施教。创建一套整体科学的教学管理机制，推动体育教育工作的改革。

| Abstract: | The reform of physical education lies in the improvement of the management level of managers andthe enhancement of the teachers' integrate quality. The reform should be arranged around the task of physicaleducation. It is important to know the characteristics of physical education in colleges and universities, to improve theoretical level to guide the practice and to get a clear understanding of the aim of physical education.Physical education should be carried out on the basis of science, by combining with its characteristics, by suiting measures to local conditions and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. A set of entire scientific system of teaching management should be established to promote the reform of physical education. |
