| 摘 要： | 根据国家新闻出版总署的要求，每个出版行业的工作者都必须接受编辑出版行业的继续教育与岗位培训。而繁重的出版任务限制着编辑的脱产学习时间，传统的职业教育形式与内容缺乏针对性和实用性，这势必影响到继续教育与岗位培训的作用和效果。利用计算机网络的远程教育形戈，可很好地解决上述矛盾，从而提高并扩大编辑的职业教育的意义和作用。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of The State Press and Publication Administration, stuffs in publishing profession must undertake continuous education and post training of editorial and publishing profession. However, heavy publication tasks restrict editors to be released from production to take on learning. There is shortage of pertinence and practicability in traditionally vocational education so that it will influence the effect of continuous education and post training. The contradiction mentioned above can be solved by distance education on line to improve and spread the effect and significance of vocational education in editors. |
