数控机床动刚度的设计理念

摘    要:本文从金属切削机床发展历史的视角,提出以数控机床为代表的现代机床设计理念,已突破了单一地、尽可能多地利用自然资源,以获取最大效益,而不考虑或极少考虑环境效益的一种技术与科学分离的设计模式;呈现出一种建立在科学、合理、综合、高效地利用现有资源,把科学与技术融为一体的可持续发展的新理念。

Abstract:Based on metal cutting machine tool's development history,The paper brings for-ward modern machine tool designing new concept.Numerical control machine tool's design is repre-sentative.It's a concept breakthrough compared with the old design mode.The old mode was uni-tary and as much as possible to make use of natural resource to get maximal benefit,but very lit-tle or even not to consider environmental benefit with,the separation of technology and science.The new design mode is a scientific,logical,general continual development design concept,effi-ciently utilizing exiting resources and combining science which technology.
