| 摘 要： | 通过对高校体育教师人力资源的现状分析,阐述了知识经济条件下,我国高校体育教师人力资源开发与管理的四个方面。解放思想,转变观念,树立人力资源管理与开发的思想;加强高等院校人力资源制度建设和信息沟通;竞争上岗,有效利用人力资源市场;增值人力资本,加强体育教师再培训。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the current situation of the P E teachers in normal college and university, and elaborates on the four a speets of developing and managing the human resource of P E teachers in the knowledge economy situation. We should emancipate our mind and the old concept of idealogy of the management and the development of human resources; The human resources informantion should he further exchanged and cultivated between colleges and universities; We also ought to have competitive principles in personnel employment; We need to re-cultivate the teachers' resources in order to increase the resources in value. |
