| 摘 要： | 本文基于我国现有研究生制度的问题讨论,分析了国家高层次人才的发展要求与实现目标的瓶颈,指出如果按国家特殊需求人才培养意见确定研究生学位点建设,不仅可以做到高层次急需人才培养的数量与质量的统一,更可在普遍意义上激发各类高校对培养国家急需人才的积极性。
