| 摘 要： | 建构行之有效的职业指导体系是实现高职教育目标的重要保障。当前,高职院校职业指导体系存在着将职业指导简单地理解为就业指导、职业指导工作缺乏系统性、对职业指导工作机制和模式的研究不足等问题。为改变这种现状,高职院校职业指导工作要以人本化、全程化、精细化为理念构建立体型(简称三化一型)职业指导体系。
