| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是当今世界教育发展的共同取向。在这一取向下,各国都围绕着学生的核心素质进行教育改革。本文针对未来中国学生应具有的市场经济、网络信息、终身教育、国际化、独生子女等时代特征,同时根据国际经验和未来变化趋势,分解出学生的综合素质,提出素质教育应为每一个孩子———奠定终身健康和良好公民的基础;提升阅读素养、数学素养和科学素养;帮助学会上网、学会演出、学会劳动、学会合作沟通、学会社会服务、学会应对危机。这也应成为我们素质教育培养目标的政策设计思路。
