摘    要:集体合同制度是市场经济条件下维护劳动者合法权益、调整劳动关系的一项行之有效的劳动法律制度。对学校教师来说,集体合同与个体合同相结合,更利于维护其自身的权益。本文以教师集体合同制度比较健全的美国纽约州为例,分析教师集体合同的内容特点及实施成效,并对完善我国教师权益保护制度进行了剖析。
