| 摘 要： | 企业的生存在很大程度上依赖于企业的技术创新,而企业技术创新的源泉之一就是专利信息。专利信息在企业创新与发展中可以起到确定企业研究开发的主攻方向、避免重复劳动、开阔企业视野、拓宽企业发展之路、了解市场动态、增强企业竞争力、保护企业的合法权益、避免侵犯他人权利、避免企业技术引进中的失误等作用。

| Abstract: | The Survival of Enterprises rely upon its original technology, and one of the resources of the original technology of the enterprise is its patent information. In the origination and development of the enterprise, patent information plays the part of deciding the main direction of research and development of the enterprise, avoiding repeated labour, widening its sight and developing route, getting to know the developing tendency of the market, strengthening its competing force, protecting its lawful rights, preventing infringing on other's rights and avoiding mistakes in introducing technology for the enterprise. Etc. |
