| 摘 要： | 加快农村水利基础设施建设,解决农村饮用水安全问题,是保障农民身体健康、促进农村经济发展、建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。为了深入了解洪江市农村饮用水现状,笔者对全市农村饮用水安全状况进行了专题调查,认为存在的主要问题包括：供水设施简易;部分水源不足,供水保障困难;农村饮用水工程发展不平衡;水资源保护意识差,水源污染严重;用水管理滞后,自我发展困难;资金严重短缺,改水进展缓慢。提出改善洪江市农村饮水质量的对策建议：政府要加大投资力度;加强水源防护,防止水源污染;建立农村饮水监测网;加强卫生知识教育,提高卫生饮水意识;提高管理水平,实现以水养水。

| Abstract: | Accelerating the rural infrastructure construction,solve the drinking water problem in rural area it＇s important for body healthy,development of rural economy and the important content for construct the socialist new countryside. In order to deeply understand the situation that the author have careful investigation,the main problems such as old water supply facilities,water shortage partly,difficult water offer,Rural drinking water project development is not balanced,low awareness on water resources protection,water pollution,Water management,self development difficulties,shortage of funds. To improve rural drinking water quality. The author mentioned some necessary countermeasures and Suggestions such as the government should increase investment,Strengthen water protection,prevent water pollution,more rural drinking water monitoring network,strengthen health education,improve health knowledge water consciousness,improve the management level. |
