球墨铸铁断裂韧性随温度变化规律的研究

摘    要:本文运用Rauh和Bullough及国内研究者提出的裂纹应力场中点缺陷的迁移规律 ,研究了球墨铸铁断裂韧性Kc随温度T变化的规律。结果表明 :球墨铸铁断裂韧性随温度的提高而降低 ;Kc 计算值和实测值吻合较好。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors try to investigate the possible relation between the fracture toughness Kc and the temperature T for nodular cast iron,who are ues the results from Rauh,Bullough and the domestic studies in the rules of the stress-driven migration of point defects to a crack,the following results are observed through the test.The fracture toughness of nodular cast iron decrease as temperature increase.The results seem in good as compared with the calculated fracture toughness and the tested fracture toughness.
