| 摘 要： | 在东北的东部,图们江下游的三角洲,有一座新兴的城市正在酝酿、规划中。本文从发展我国东北经济,促进东北亚地区经济技术合作,改变目前我国改革开放中“南重北轻”的失衡现象的角度,分析了图们江三角洲开发建设的条件、远景和意义,使东北地区又多了一个出海口和对外开放的大门。从这一点出发,对大连既是一种支援,也是一种挑战。面对图们江三角洲的挑战,大连怎么办?本文从七个方面,粗线条的论述了大连应采取的策略。

| Abstract: | A new city is in the course of brewing and planning east of the north—east, in the delta of lower reaches of the Tumen River. In view of developing China's north—eastern economy, promoting economic and acientific cooperation in north—eastern Asian areas and changing the unbalance ot being" heavy in the south and tight in the north" in our current opening and reforms, the article analyses conditions of the development in the delta of the Tumen River, the prospect and significance, and there will be one more seaport and door of Opening to the world. For Dalian, it is both an aid and a challenge. What will Dalian do, facing with the challenge from the Delta of the Tureen River. The article, from the seven respects, roughly discusseswhat tactics Dalian should employ. |
