晶态复合电极(Ni—Mo)—WC的电沉积过程初步研究

摘    要:通过测量电沉积极极极化曲线和电位一时间曲线,初步研究了复合电沉积中的WC微粒的共沉积过程,镀层经XRD检测为晶态结构,并通过SEM观察比较了镀层的形貌。

Abstract:As the composite electrode - (Ni-Mo)-WC is being prepared, the codeposition of WC particles is studied initially by measuring the curves of cathodic polarization and the relationship between potential and time. In addition, detected by XRD, the coatings is proved to be crystalline state.The morphology of the coatings is shown by means of SEM.
