| 摘 要： | 对现行教授太极拳技法时机与方法存在的问题进行了剖析。将太极拳的十六种技法按照身体姿态、动作要领、意识调控属性进行了系统分类，论证了在不同教学阶段选择适宜时机、分别融入各类技法的可行性。

| Abstract: | In view of problems existing in teaching opportunity and method of TAI JI boxing, this paper, through dissecting, classifies its sixteen technical-methods systemically into three groups according to the attribute of body carriage, action essentials, consciousness regulate and control. And demonstrates the feasibility to choose proper opportunity in different teaching period and apply them into teaching procedure. |
