| 摘 要： | 龙狮运动是中华民族优秀的传统文化,一直受到人民群众的喜爱和广泛开展,并历代相传,鼎盛不衰。文章运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,并通过实践认为:在普通高校体育专业中开展龙狮运动是可行和必要的,也是历史和时势的选择,应充分挖掘各种形式的龙狮运动,通过多样化的组织形式来促进龙狮运动的发展。

| Abstract: | Dragon and lion sport, which is popular with people all the time, is excellent Traditional Chinese Culture. It has been developing extensively, passing from one generation to the next and never going downhill. After certain practices and a further research, With the methods of documentary and experts interviewing the paper believes it is not only of feasibility and necessity, but also the logical choice of the history and current situation. We should excavate various kinds of forms fully to accelerate the sound development of the dragon and lion sport. |
