| 摘 要： | 当前，随着我国国有企业改革的深化和产业结构调整力度的加大，职工的下岗和再就业问题成为日益突出的社会问题。为了解决这一问题，主要从以下四个方面来论述：更新观念，抓住机遇，寻找成人教育新市场；加快改革，调整教育结构，促进新市场的发展；更新培训内容，适应新的市场要求；终身教育，促进成人教育市场与再就业工程的长期协调发展。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of the reforming of the nations forms and the increasing of the product system , it is a more and more serious problem for the government to deal with that the peeple who are out of work seek for another job. To solve this prdblem, we should renew our thinking, gettins hold of the opportunity and seek for a new market for adult education. At the same time, We must increase the reform, arrange the system of education, improve the development of the new market, renew the content of training, meet the request of the market, and make the project of finding another job and the market of adult education develop smoothly for a long time. |
