| 摘 要： | 本文以封闭场所内公共安全突发事件为研究起点,以熵理论和耗散结构理论为指导思想,运用熵增理论的思想来描述突发事件产生的运动机理,将公共安全事件发生的动因及控制措施分别作为熵增因素和负熵因素进行分析,再运用结构耗散的思想来解决熵增的问题,以达到使系统的熵最小化、使系统恢复至平衡状态的目的。

| Abstract: | This article takes the public safety events in closed location as the research object,takes the entropy and dis- sipative structure theory as the guide idea,uses the entropy theory to describe the emergency's moving mechanism,puts the causes lead to the event happen as the increase factor of the entropy,while the prevention means and the control measures as the decrease factor of the entropy.Then it uses the dissipative structure theory to resolve the entropy in- creasing problem,achieves the aims to minimum of the entropy and makes the system get back to balance again. |
