| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业已经成为经济和社会发展的强大引擎,国家和地区经济竞争的兴衰成败越来越取决于对高新技术的掌握及其产业化程度。发展中西部高新技术产业是中部崛起和西部大开发的必然要求,高新技术产业发展不仅能促进地区产业结构升级和制度创新,还能产生资源集聚、经济发展"引擎"和生态改善等效应。但在其发展过程中还存在着不少问题,因此需要探讨采取相应的对策措施以促进中西部高新技术产业的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The high-tech industry has already become the main motive force of promoting the economic and social devel- opment.The new and high technology and industrialization are of great importance to the region even a country to develop the economy and win the competition.As an inevitable requisite for the western development and the development high and new technology industry can not only facilitate the updating of regional industry structure and institutional innovation but also collect resources,serve as the"engine"of economic development and improve ecological environment.Finally,we put forward some suggestions on improving High-Tech industries development of Western and Eastern China. |
