| 摘 要： | 对2000-2006年中国高校科研产出专利的数量进行统计，分析了3种专利申请、授权与出售的情况；高校专利授权少、专利技术转化率低主要有4个原因，（1）知识产权保护意识淡薄；（2）专利技术产出与转移不在科研考核范围；（3）专利成果不适合市场需求；（4）专利技术还存在不足；这从一个侧面揭示高校科研在中国技术经济市场存在着不容忽视的问题，值得认真的思考。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of the number of patent from national colleges＇ research in 2000 - 2006, the paper analyzed the application, authorization and sales situation of three different kind of patents, and conclude four main reasons for the low percentage of authorization and transformation to production. （1） lack of intellectual property protection; （2） the further production of patent is not included in the research evaluation; （3） patents do not suit the market; （4） the patents have flaws in themselves. These showed that our states tmiversity sceinee and research has unomitable problems when connecting to the technology market, and need some serious thoughts. |
