| 摘 要： | 在主要依据循环经济“3R”原则的基础上,构建循环农业发展评价指标体系与计量模型,并运用该模型对浙江全省和各市(区域)循环农业发展进行计量描述和分析。研究发现:浙江循环农业发展显示出明显的阶段性和区域差异性。目前,浙江循环农业发展正处于由“资源减投、污染减放”为主的资源节约型循环向“再循环再利用”为主的资源综合利用型循环转型。

| Abstract: | Based on the "3R" principles,this paper establishes an indication system and evaluation model for the circular agriculture development,and uses its models to evaluate the development of the circular agriculture in the whole of Zhejiang Province and concludes that the development of the circular agriculture in Zhejiang has showed distinct differences in stages and regions.At present,the development of the circular agriculture in Zhejiang is transforming from the resource-economy type characterized by "reduction in resource use and reduction in pollution" to the circulation type of "recycle and re-utilization". |
