| 摘 要： | 本文借助耗散结构的概念，在对既往战略管理理论进行综合分析的基础上，确定了企业关键外部环境要素和内部要素，构建出动态的持续竞争优势模型。该模型从耗散结构的角度阐释了企业外部环境和内部要素的互动关系．以及企业何以调节互动关系去形成和保持竞争优势，为企业培育持续竞争优势提供了一种新的参考方案。

| Abstract: | By means of the theory of dissipative structure and on the basis of analyzing the previous theories of strategic management, key environmental factors and internal factors are decided, and then a dynamic model of sustainable competitive advantage is formed. From the viewpoint of dissipative structure, the model analyzes the interaction between the environment and internal factors of an enterprise and how an enterprise adjusts the interaction to form and keep its competitive advantage. Therefore, the model provides a new referenced scheme to analyze sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises. |
