| 摘 要： | "模拟法庭"已成为我国法学实践性教学的重要方式,其有利于学生认识庭审的完整程序,但在发展过程中出现了"流于形式"的弊端。"理律杯"模拟法庭竞赛简化了模拟法庭的程序,增强了学生在辩论环节的展示,极大地考验了学生的临场反应能力,更有利于法科学生法律思维的培养。基于二者优缺点的综合考量,应吸收"理律杯"模式的优点,以完善传统的模拟法庭教学法。

| Abstract: | The Didactics of moot court has become an important way of practical teaching of law in China, which will help students understand the complete process of the trial. But it has also the problem of mere formality during the development process. ＂Lee ＆ Li Cup＂ Moot Court Competition simplifies procedures and enhances the students＇ part in the debate show, which test the on-the-spot response ability of students greatly. So the mode is more conducive to training law students ＇ legal thinking. Based on comprehensive consideration of the advantages and disadvantages, we should absorb the advantages of ＂Lee ＆ Li Cup ＂ mode, in order to improve the Didactics of Moot Court. |
