摘    要:根据远程教育"基于资源的自主学习"为主的教学模式及其在职成人学习者特点的有关理论,广播电视大学"行政案例分析"课程现有文字印刷教材不适于远程学习的需要,应探索构建与远程开放教育及其学习者特点的适应性教材。

Abstract:According to the relevant theories of " the autonomous learning based on resources " and active adult learners in distance open education, the " Analysis of administrative cases " course material is not suitable for distance learning, we should explore and construct suitable material according to the laws of distance open education and the characteristics of students.
