| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,扩大中等收入者比重,应注重以下几个方面的问题:深化户籍制度改革,改善城乡二元结构;深化分配制度改革,培育壮大中等收入者;加快教育发展,形成中等收入者的人力资本;加强宏观调控,逐步扩大中等收入者比重.
