| 摘 要： | 宋朝吏治腐败十分严重,几达触目惊心的地步.造成胥吏腐败的原因比较复杂,既是胥吏自身素质不高导致,也与宋朝社会经济发展带来的文化多元化冲击以及法律不健全、官僚体制弊端有关.胥吏腐败危害极大,不仅破坏经济发展,扰乱社会秩序,而且加剧了宋朝社会各阶层之间的矛盾冲突.对此,本文试图在以前学者论述的基础上,从体制、法律、文化等角度对宋朝治吏之弊作初浅梳理.

| Abstract: | The official corruption in the Song Dynasty was very serious, which was almost startling. The reasons for official corruption are complicated not only because of the bad quality of the officials, but also because of the cuhure impact brought by the development of social economy, the lack of perfect laws, and the disadvantages of bureaucrat systems. The official corruption does great harm to society. It not only does great damnage to the development of economy, disturbs the social systems, but also exacerbates the conflict of different classes in the Song Dynasty. Therefore. this paper analyzes the abuse of official reform in the Song Dynasty from such different angles as systems, laws, cultures and so on, on the basis of aualysis given by many previous scholars. |
