| Abstract: | The paper points out the problems of talents development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Nanjing,sets forth solutions and probes into measures, promotes the work of Nanjing innovative institutional mechanisms,cultivates a large number of entrepreneurial and innovative talents,especially makes positive explore in cultivating top-notch talents to get high-level leaders. |
