摘    要:专业化作为教师教育的目标,既是提高教育素质、改善教育质量的一条重要途径,也是现代教育发展的一个必然趋势。本文深入探讨了教师专业化的涵义及特征,并以专业基点的准确定位为保障,构建教师专业化的建设标准和目标,提出教师专业化发展策略,阐明教师职业的不可替代性,探寻教师专业化发展之路.

Abstract:As the goal of education,teacher professionalization is not only an important approach to improve qualities of teachers and education,but also a certain trend of development of modern education.Through conducting an in-depth investigation on connotation and features,construction standards and goal as well as developing strategies of professionalism of teachers,this article states the irreplaceable nature of education and explores ways for teachers' development.
