| Abstract: | As the goal of education,teacher professionalization is not only an important approach to improve qualities of teachers and education,but also a certain trend of development of modern education.Through conducting an in-depth investigation on connotation and features,construction standards and goal as well as developing strategies of professionalism of teachers,this article states the irreplaceable nature of education and explores ways for teachers' development. |
