| Abstract: | To join the WTO, Chinese government has made a series of commitments in fields such as education and trade in services. Under this influence, China's higher vocational and technical education in the 21st century will see a trend of diversification, modernization, internationalization, market orientation and industrialization. Higher vocational and technical colleges should therefore take a proactive approach to meet the challenges and hence further promote the development of China' s higher vocational and technical education. |
