摘    要:武术竞技化使得武术向着“高、难、美、新”的方向发展,这就要求武术运动员在专项训练、动作的编排和设计等方面逐步走向系统化、科学化,其中武术腾空动作是增强武术观赏性、提高运动员演练水平的直接体现。因此,如何科学有效地提高运动员腾空高度、转动速度,就成了亟待解决的问题。运动生物力学是武术运动的基础理论之一,其在武术技术动作分析中的运用相对比较落后,同时也阻碍了武术的进步发展,文章借用运动生物力学的理论体系为框架,采用文献资料、运动生物力学分析等方法,对武术腾空技术进行了初步分析。

Abstract:Competitive Wushu makes Wushu develop towards "High, Hard, Pretty, New" direction, which requires special training in Wushu athletes in the action of the arrangement and design, gradually moving towards a systematic and scientific Wushu in which action is vacated watch Wushu to enhance and increase the level of the athletes the direct embodiment of the exercise. Therefore, how to improve the scientific and effective height of athletes vacated action height, rotation speed, has become urgent problems need to solve. Sports Biomechanics is a basic theory for Wushu movement, and its technology application in Wushu action analysis is relatively backward, whichhas hindered the progress of the development of Wushu. this paper uses the theory of sports biomechanics system framework, with the methods of literature, sports Biomechanical analysis and other methods to ananlyzes the thechnique of Wushu vacated actions.
