| 摘 要： | 高等学校的食堂管理一直是后勤工作的重点和难点,高校食品安全关系到学校师生的身心健康、学校的发展和社会的稳定。本文分析当前高校食堂管理的现状,提出了加强和改进高校食堂安全管理工作的对策。
