| Abstract: | National information service system changes constantly with social development.The uses' demand for information in the network environment has the characteristics of socialization,diversification,immediate and dynamic characteristics,top quality and high efficiency.The traditional information service is confronted with severe challenges,and the transformation of information service is the only way out.The trend of the transformation is socialization,knowledge,integration and personalization. |
