| 摘 要： | 创新型城市建设是创新型国家建设的重要组成部分。为了加快我国创新型国家的建设,国内各个主要城市都提出了建设创新型城市的目标。2005年,北京市提出了在全国率先初步建成创新型城市。现在,要知道北京创新型城市的建设到了什么程度,与国内其它主要城市相比是否领先,一是需要建立一套评价体系对北京创新型城市的建设进行评价,二是选择国内其它几个主要城市与北京进行相比。

| Abstract: | The construction of innovative cities mainly constitutes the construction of innovative country.In order to construct innovative country quickly,many cities raise the objective of building innovative city.Beijing has demanded to take the lead in becoming elementary innovative city in the whole country at 2005.We want to know the progression of Beijing and the position of Beijing in the whole country now.Firstly,we need to build an appraisal system to evaluate the progression of Beijing.Secondly,we need to compare the progression between Beijing and domestic primary cities. |
