| 摘 要： | 网络文化的发展 ,突破了传统教育的时空限制 ,使教育走向一个充满信息流通的开放境地 ,但作为一种新事物 ,网络文化的出现也对高校德育工作带来一定的挑战 ,本文就网络文化对传统教育管理模式的冲击和学生个性发展的负面影响做了初步探讨
