| 摘 要： | 本文根据素质教育的要求,对高校体育教学如何实施素质教育进行探讨,提出实施素质教育应从以下几个方面入手:确立体育教育目标;改进教学方法,引导学生对体育动机和兴趣的培养;改革教材内容,加大教学改革力度,提高教学效果;改革教学的评价体系,建立创新的激励机制;提高师资水平,培养新型的教师队伍。高校要使学生锻炼成强壮的身体,使之具有终身体育锻炼的能力。

| Abstract: | This text is according to the request of quality-oriented education,how to implement quality-oriented education to carry on the discussion to university's sports teaching.Propose that implementing quality-oriented education should start with several following respects:Establish the sports educational objective;Improve the teaching method,guide student's cultivation of sports motive and interest;Reform the content of the teaching material,strengthen the dynamics of reform in education,improve the teaching result;Reform the appraisal system of teaching,set up the incentive mechanism of innovation;Improve the levels of teachers,train the new-type teaching body.University is it make student temper strong health to want,make their have lifelong ability of physical training. |
