| 摘 要： | 创建陕西生态城市,已经是陕西人必然的选择,而且也是落实党中央提出的科学发展观和生态文明指导思想的具体措施。在全省生态城市建设中,应以陕西省生态功能区划为依据,将各城市的生态规划、建设立足于城市自身的地理气候、资源环境的基础上,有侧重点,分情况的开展生态城市建设,推进城市可持续发展。
