| Abstract: | The steady development of township branch libraries in Pinghu City lies mainly in the reasonable investment to them and carries out the"going out","taking in"and"win-win cooperation"strategies.But such problems as unbalanced development,deficiency of various programs,waste of digital resources, insufficient management,instability of staff have occurred during the development of these libraries.On account of the different situations,the author argues that the township branch libraries should be combined with the so-called village or rural libraries,should improve the utilization of digital libraries and the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,should pay attention to publicity and establish a reasonable management system,aiming at promoting the sound development of township branch libraries. |
