| 摘 要： | 通过对激光专利的发展历程和引用情况这两种视角的考察,发现在专利制度"垄断"与"公开"的基本特征下,存在着专利权人间的"竞争"和技术间的"共存"现象,并利用专利引文分析及可视化方法描述了专利引用活动中的知识扩散轨迹以及不同专利技术的交叉与融合,有力论证了我国建立专利引用机制和数据库建设的必要性。

| Abstract: | Based on the research from the perspective of both history and citation of laser patents,it is found that under the essential characteristics such as "monopoly" and "public"of patent system,there exist competition between patentees and coexistence among the technology.By means of patent citation analysis and visualization method,the paper describes the knowledge diffusion trajectory within patent citation activities and the phenomenon of cross and fusion of different technology,which provide powerful argumentation for the necessity to establish patent citation mechanism and the database construction. |
