| 摘 要： | 飞速发展的技术,复杂、多变、不确定的环境,给复杂产品系统(Complex Product Systems,CoPS)的生存和发展提出了新的挑战,要快速地适应环境,就要求CoPS的组织结构具有充分的柔性,传统的组织结构已不能满足要求.通过分析复杂产品系统组织模式的影响因素,说明选择网络组织的必然性,对CoPS项目网络组织模式设计提出了一些应注意的问题,并以上海长江隧桥工程项目为例说明了CoPS项目网络组织设计应注意的问题.
