| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍内蒙古自治区中小型企业现状的基础上,对内蒙古的中小型企业做了SWOT定性分析,并在定性分析的基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)对中小企业SWOT进行定量分析,最后给出了内蒙古中小企业未来发展的战略选择。
