| Abstract: | In this article, we reviewed the development of MIS in the Library of South-west Normal University from Jun 2001 to Apr 2003. Comparing with the advancements from 1999 to Jun 2001, we confirmed its achievements, while pointing out its shortcoming. In addition, we provided our personal advisory opinions to the library. |
